Description
To be awarded to the Best Powder Room of any style (Contemporary/Modern/Classic/Traditional). A Powder Room is considered to have only 2 fixtures. There are no price limits in this category. There will be 1st and 2nd place prizes awarded.
Requirements
Materials definition: Materials to include in pricing to determine price category include but are not limited to: cabinets, cabinet hardware (knobs, pulls & and special hinging like flip-up hinges etc.), counter tops, wall covering (paint, wall paper or other wall finish), floor covering, all light fixtures, shower glass, fixed accessories (pull-outs, garbage pull-outs, hooks, towel bars etc.), sinks and faucets. Do not include items such as: windows, doors, appliances, drywall, trim, heated floors, etc.
