Description
($10,000-$24,999) There are two primary design style categories: Classic/Traditional and Contemporary/Modern. If the design is a Transitional style the entrant can determine which category is the most appropriate to enter the project. In Each ‘style' category there are 4 price points for kitchens and 3 price points for bathrooms based on MATERIAL COSTS ONLY.
Requirements
Materials definition: Materials to include in pricing to determine price category include but are not limited to: cabinets, cabinet hardware (knobs, pulls & and special hinging like flip-up hinges etc.), counter tops, wall covering (paint, wall paper or other wall finish), floor covering, all light fixtures, shower glass, fixed accessories (pull-outs, garbage pull-outs, hooks, towel bars etc.), sinks and faucets. Do not include items such as: windows, doors, appliances, drywall, trim, heated floors, etc.
