Description
To be awarded to the most dramatic ‘Before & After' Design. ‘Before' AND ‘After' Floorplans, Elevations and Renderings must be submitted, as well as a Design Statement. There are no price limits in this category. The entrant MUST include at least one “Before” photo, up to a maximum of 5 “Before” photos and a maximum of 10 projects photos in total (before and after photos combined) There will be one 1st place prize awarded for Best Transformation Bathroom.
Requirements
Materials definition: Materials to include in pricing to determine price category include but are not limited to: cabinets, cabinet hardware (knobs, pulls & and special hinging like flip-up hinges etc.), counter tops, wall covering (paint, wall paper or other wall finish), floor covering, all light fixtures, shower glass, fixed accessories (pull-outs, garbage pull-outs, hooks, towel bars etc.), sinks and faucets. Do not include items such as: windows, doors, appliances, drywall, trim, heated floors, etc.
