Best Powder has no price or style restrictions (Classic/Traditional and Contemporary/Modern). However the bathroom MUST NOT contain a bathtub/shower elements, only 2 fixtures (toilet and sink). MATERIAL COSTS ONLY.
Requirements
Materials definition: Materials to include in pricing to determine price category include but are not limited to: cabinets, cabinet hardware (knobs, pulls & and special hinging like flip-up hinges etc.), counter tops, wall covering (paint, wall paper or other wall finish), floor covering, all light fixtures, shower glass, fixed accessories (pull-outs, garbage pull-outs, hooks, towel bars etc.), sinks and faucets. Do not include items such as: windows, doors, appliances, drywall, trim, heated floors, etc.
